OLSC Mumbai Supporters Club Membership 2024-25: Terms and Condition

1. Introduction

Welcome to the OLSC Mumbai Supporters Club! Our club aims to bring together passionate fans of Liverpool FC in Mumbai, providing exclusive benefits and opportunities to enhance your supporter experience.

2. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to all fans of Liverpool FC till 31st Aug 2024.

• Members must be at least 16 years old. Members under 18 require parental consent.

• Residency in Mumbai or surrounding areas or if OLSC Mumbai is the closest OLSC to your place of current residence.

• Member must not be a part of any other Indian or Overseas OLSC at the same time.

3. Membership Fees & Renewal

• Membership Fees: ₹1999 with 10% discount on Membership renewals in the following year.

• Membership Fees are non-refundable.

• Membership is valid for the season 2024/25 (June 30 2025)​

4. Member Benefits

1. Exclusive Membership Pack

   • All members will receive a Membership Pack which would include various curated OLSC merchandise.

   • Membership Packs will be dispatched before 15th October for all Membership Orders received till 1st September.

2. Opportunity to Apply for LFC Match Tickets

   • Members have the opportunity to apply for tickets to Liverpool FC Premier League home matches twice in a season (July* & Nov*)

   • The membership does not guarantee you any ticket but only gives you an opportunity apply for tickets.

   • Tickets are not guaranteed and will be allocated as per OLSC Mumbai's Ticketing Policy.

   • Members must adhere to the application deadlines and processes as communicated by the Ticketing Policy 

3. Opportunity to Apply for Annual Black Tie Dinner Tickets at Anfield

   • Members have the opportunity to apply for tickets to the annual Black Tie Dinner at Anfield in May 2025.

   • A separate communication for this will be sent in advance to Members.

4. Discounts on Match Screenings

   • Members receive discounts on tickets for match screenings organized by OLSC Mumbai.

   • The discount amount will be reimbursed to the Members after the purchase of their screening ticket online on the original mode of payment

   • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and are only valid on tickets bought online.

5. Discounts on OLSC Mumbai Merchandise

   • Members enjoy exclusive discounts on official OLSC Mumbai merchandise.

   • The discount rate and eligible items will be specified by the club.

   • The discount amount will be reimbursed to the Members after the purchase of their items on the original mode of payment.

6. Priority Access to Events Held by OLSC Mumbai, LFC, Sponsors, etc.

   • Members get priority access to various events organized by OLSC Mumbai, LFC, Club Sponsors and Media Outlets.

   • Event details and registration procedures will be communicated via official channels.

7. Exclusive WhatsApp Group for Members

   • Members will be added to an exclusive WhatsApp group for official news,updates and general football chat.

   • Members must adhere to group rules and etiquette. Any form of abuse, spam, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal.

   • Members can chose to opt out of this group.

8. Digital Membership Card and Membership Certificate

   • Members will receive a digital membership card and certificate.

   • The digital card and certificate will be sent to the registered email address.

   • Members must ensure their email address is up-to-date.

9. Member's Lucky Draw

   • All members are automatically entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win an LFC autographed item.

   • The draw will be conducted at the end of the season, and the winner will be notified via official channels.

   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.​

5. Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to uphold the values and spirit of Liverpool FC.

• Any form of discrimination, abusive language harassment, or violence will not be tolerated.

• Members must respect admin team, officials, fellow members, and event venues.

• Violation of the code of conduct will result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Communication & Non Disclosure Communication

• Official communication will be via email, whatsapp, Chant App & the club’s social media channels.

• Members are expected to keep their contact information up to date.

• Members must not disclose any club communications or privileged information to non-members.

• Breach of this condition will result in termination of membership

7. Termination and Suspension

• Membership may be terminated if a member violates the terms and conditions or code of conduct.

• Suspended members will be notified in writing with a chance to response.

• The committee’s decision will be final and binding.​

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes between members and the club will be handled by the membership committee.

• Members can submit disputes in writing to the club’s official email: mumbai.lfc@gmail.com

• The committee’s decision will be final and binding.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior intimation.
